Migrants are generally a relief but also stressful, because I basically have to pause and then spend an hour re-assigning everyone to thinks they like or are good at. That's not a complaint! I love this kind of stress for some reason! (10/24)

Custom job names are a godsend when tragedy strikes early on and you need to double up on important jobs and remember who is supposed to be doing what. Coming up with silly titles is a treat in light of the reason for having to do it, haha.😬 (8/24)
