The thing I liked most about Strain were the mechs that Ebikawa designed. Though there isn't much of them, They were visually appealing to me and the CGI fights actually looks really good for 2006.
They kinda give me some Orbital frame vibes with how they fight.
I like the mechs in Soukou no Strain of what I've seen.
Pretty sure ebikawa did these, cause they remind me of his vandread designs in style with how colorful and alien like they are.

伊藤さんから借りたこの写真、いいな。人間性が滲み出ているように見える。でも、本当の事は分からない。何故なら僕は彼の事を余りにも知らない。明日で3回目か。じっと聴いているとだんだん理解が深まっていくから彼の詩は面白い。
