Fun fact about Pitaya! So he's from an emulated game of pokemon red right? Shinies can't be obtained in the first gen games, so how does he have a shiny Mewtwo? Well you see, shinies CAN be obtained in the gen1 games.

I love that the Robot Chozo Soldiers in Metroid Dread look so much like Prime Space Pirates, since the pirates are all about stealing technology, the most likely in-universe explanation is that it’s the Pirates trying to emulate them.

First in the NMdex is the grass starter for the state. I don’t have a name for it yet. But the Elk Pokémon’s fur emulates nutrient rich soil, allowing for grass to thrive on its fur.
