Over 5 years ago I tried to draw some of Ren Höek's reactions in "Svën Höek" from my VHS of Ren & Stimpy Classics II (1994). All by freeze framing, then drawing them with little construction if any.

’s incredible Astral Walkers are a great example of how you can use colour, framing & themes to create consistency in a collection. His choices of a body that is facing the same direction in a walking motion is not only striking but makes them recognisable at a glance.

I love the way the show adapted this scene, framing it so the audience couldn't tell if he had reached Mark yet, only to reveal him rehearsing his speech, then the little touch of the wind literally changing directions...so good

I tried add highlights to my bangs and pieces of hair framing my face. Idk how I feel about it.

again- the framing bangs and back tufts. then distributing the volume typically around the crown of the head
