The original design was very candy-colored but even tho it plays to her character I felt it was too garish so I decided to tone it down and reimagine it to the softer colors on the left. In some world, she can still have her pink and green hair

I'll start with the arsenic dress. Weirdly enough the bright and garish colors are the most accurate thing about this dress as synthetic dyes were fairly new (ok first one was 1856 and this is 1852 but semantics) but it still would've been full of arsenic.

So what they did is so stupid I can't fathom why they would even bother. They took the original Maniax box art (which was already a desaturated edit of the original), then added a garish solid red overlay on top of it with Linear Burn blending-
