Does anyone else have an outdated depiction of a prehistoric animal that is so ingrained that you think of it as the default appearance of the animal, even if it’s wrong?

For me, it’s John Sibbick’s Quetcoatlus. Seeing it a billion times as a kid burned it into my brain.

Weirdly specific scenes with these bold colors somehow were ingrained in our heads since childhood! Like the color variation of the mole mound in Bambi, the gifts scene in Sleeping Beauty, the forest scene in Alice, and Pink Elephants sequence! Most of them surreal and bold! Hah
