2018: okay look. Monster Hunter World is undeniably incredible. Amazing game! Delightful!

But Iconoclasts is perfect. It unfortunately couldn't be beaten for me in any year it could have come out. A simply exquisite game I am unironically honoured to have gotten to play.

I am a lover of metroidvania games and this game was one of the most pleasant surprises I had. It is an ingenious game, with good mechanics and a story that manages to catch you. It's a journey worth playing.
