Last day of the month! Definitely learned a lot, both about drawing hands and also drawing stuff that I'm sick of drawing haha. All in all a good experience though.

Just finished re-watching the delightful Japanese film, Little Forest: Winter/Spring (based on Daisuke Igarashi's manga) and thought of making the scene where Ai Hashimoto's character, Ichiko, eats a hot sweet potato for my Day 20 catch-up. :)

Master study for

First of all, I LOVE painting satin🥰 The whole image felt super overwhelming at first, but was actually very therapeutic to do. Focusing on light, textures and minimal detail, I am pretty happy with the result.

I couldn’t post in the last week, but 's continued! I did a couple of longer studies, this one is from a picture I took in a local wildlife park. Colors, light and water were the main focus.
