Not true in the slightest. Kenjutsu EXIST in One Piece and sword skills EXIST. That's why Zoro can shift from 1 to 2 to 3 "Sword Styles" and Zoro is STRONGER when using Santoryu. People can do "Air Cuts" without Haki. In this case Haki is just used to prevent blades from breaking
