I think I'm a bit late to this but this outfit is SO Marzipan!! She's a halfling/goblin (aka... gobling 👀) and she's a clown!!! At some point she got a custom outfit made for her and she couldn't pick a favorite color, so they just used ALL the colors 🤡🤡🤡
