When I catch myself worrying,
I take a focused breath & say:
“Thank you for reminding me who I used to be.”
Then focus on what's present
& respond instead of react.

Taking a moment to relax and reassess is important. Give yourself the time to calm down, re-evaluate your situation, and try something new. Success is not guaranteed on the first attempt but that doesn’t mean it will never come.
