Coming from MtG, Cuff Spring's ability can seem really underwhelming. Why give your opponent a fresh card? But it all comes down to your Prison. CS is a reliable option that allows you add to it without needing your opponent to first build a board.

Well all, today is my last day at Wizards of the Coast. I am moving back home to Canada, in order to be closer to my family. It has been a joy working on D&D and MtG, and I am lucky to have met so many great folks along the way. Stay tuned!

Okay for today the prompt was bat, and I wanted to avoid doing another Vampire. Unfortunately, there are no legendary bats in MTG, except for the two Bat Demons partially depicted in Ixalan! So I frankenstien'd together something for Aclazotz!
