Day 5 of Funguary
The Hairy Mycena!

I see the 'shrooms. I look at them. All I see are cute little fuzzballs with faces. So... MUSHROOMS WITH FACES! The reference image I used had an orange ball (might be a juvenile mycena?) next to 'em, so I included it too!

Hello again! Many of the gods in Hades 1 are shown to be barefoot, including possibly his sister Artemis, so I could see him being shoeless with ankle bands and gold jewelry similar to his arms. That, or maybe a pair of gilded sandals in the Mycenean or Greek style?

10. Time to go into the two digits with one of the NUMEROUS OCS of ... I dunno her name, so let's call her Sawblade Girl
After I drew Mycena for this year's ArtFight, I wanted to draw another of her girls. And the random chose S.G. !

Tbh it’s so easy to have a trans celica headcanon…the game says that the zofian royal family has a son and daughter but doesn’t specify which got rescued by Mycen out of the burning villa 🤭

1/ One of the most interesting themes of the LBA in the Eastern Mediterranean is the relations of the Mycenaean Aegean with the Hittites. Hittite texts provide us with some interesting information about Mycenaean involvement in Western Anatolia between 1400-1250 BC.

1/ The Dorians for many years were considered to be the carriers of the spread of iron in the Helladic area with their descent from Pindos to the south ca 1200 BC, destroying with the power of their deadly iron weapons the Mycenaean palaces and expelling the Achaean population.

The Erymanthian boar was an unusually large, vicious, drooling boar that lived in glens of Lampeia. No one had been able to stop his rampage. The fourth labour of Heracles was to bring the Erymanthian boar alive to Eurystheus in Mycenae🐗
