I know this might be a little unorthodox, but is a Tattoo Paint Brush! I love the dark yet beautiful aesthetic of tattoos and to see this on a neopet seems really interesting to me!

I created a Shenkuuan Paint Brush for I wanted to make the brush resemble a calligraphy brush. Yurble's painted design is based on a Tanuki.

old school paintbrush

This paintbrush seems old and moldy but when used on your neopets it reverts their style back to the early 2000's or so. I personally miss some of the older designs, the neopets team can decide what colors the old designs have.

It's ! This is my entry for the New Paint Brush. would allow Petpetpets to be painted - either with a bitty brush, or eyedropper. As a general theme, I was thinking Heroes and Villains so enjoy this painted Veespa example.

happy For day 1, I made a Beaker Brush, it turns pets into glass flasks of... what IS that neon liquid, anyways? At least they're wearing proper safety equipment.

Ideally this would be a lab-only color, but I designed an actual brush for it too!
