東電福島原発から台風によって南西諸島と西日本の一部太平洋岸に（関東と南西諸島は長期的に風下）

10日（土）3:00の ECMWFと NOAAの予報。
若干違いますが西日本の内陸部に風が吹くことはほぼ確実（風は日本海側からも）

放射能拡散予報的にはどちらも大差ありません。

ECMWF予報（添付23日の3時）では高知へ接近、その後上陸。
NOAA予報（添付同）では紀伊半島の沖合。その後房総半島沖合を通過する予報。

いずれにせよ西日本の太平洋岸は東電福島原発の風下です。
