Finished the armor, time to run it through Pepakura. The armor itself doesnt really have complicated shapes, but by making the 3D models that fit my own 3D models/3D scan, it makes it a ton easier to get the scale right.

Fleshing out obviously his body is a whole lot bigger than mine, so i'm using some 3d shells to figure out how much I need to thicken. I use these shells in Pepakura to create foam upholstery shell patterns, for under the clothing.
