Here’s one I got a while ago from someone else, but I hold it close to my heart every time I draw

I rarely use black or grey for shadows! I prefer using darker blues or purples, but it’s also really nice to use a color that complements the part that needs shading

For Kuiper, I did a lot of doodling and sketching before I nailed down their design. For the colors, I used a brown close to my skin tone to represent me being black, and purples because that’s my favorite color. They have top surgery scars to represent me being transmasc!
