The other night I dreamt that Ruthven show up at the Bal Masqué, take off his shirt and and go into battle. He had an amazing body full of scars and... I needed to draw that (+ Clear versions without scars)😳💕

Great Bascinet & overlap of modern replica. My favourite as its like the bascinet of the Wolf of Badenoch who burnt Elgin Cathedral in 1390 & played chess with the Devil before dying during a thunderstorm at Ruthven Castle (1405).

Great Bascinet from 1430 and overlap of modern replica. One of my favourites as its like the bascinet of the Wolf of Badenoch who is famous for burning Elgin Cathedral in 1390. He also played chess with the Devil before he died during a thunderstorm at Ruthven Castle in 1405.

More old class stuff while I'm at it. believe it or not, this is a modern interpretation of Lord Ruthven (Polidori's "The Vampyre") for a short story I wrote for another class. He's disgusting and awful.

You know how Mochizuki likes to name VnC characters after historic/literary figures? Lord Ruthven from the Vampyre, Noé after the biblical Noah, so on so forth. So. do you think she named Louis after Louis XVI because they were both. you know. beheaded dfjklgjalkj;adgk;ja
