Just finished a gift for a friend, 's Eliksni/Argonian/Sangheili hybrid!!

It was... pretty crazy, and I'm super proud with how it came out. Its VERY off cannon which is out of my comfort zone, but I think she came out very pretty anyway 💕

I have two main questions:

1: Pelahsar the Strident and his father before him held the title of “First Kaidon”, a title that granted the power to speak for all of Sanghelios. Where does that stand in ancient Sangheili society with the Arbiter Judge-Kings such as Vema 'Togad?
