This is something I remember from when I played PP7.

Schezo can sense magic. I'm pretty sure it's debatable if Ecolo counts as magic but that's whatever, he senses them now.

He presumably didn't sense Ecolo in Darkle when she ditched him in Cairo.

And he didn't sense Sig.
