Since the recent update to Capcom Fighting Collection update fixed yet another bug related to Circuit Scrapper, I felt like sharing some of my observations on how this move's behavior might not have been properly implemented as intended. Deadline rush, maybe?

Nimbus had the least changes. Being a Sonic hybrid I gave them shoes and a more athletic glove. The color was shifted to yellow as some people mistook it for Suicune. As you can see by the missing arm, they're a scrapper! Very reckless and powerful.
