4 of 5 new works underway, all same theme, inspired by winter woods near my home. Interesting week ahead beckons moving these forward to their 'endings'. Not sure how I'll get there, or where 'there' is, but the journey is the thing.

New preparatory work 'Flint'. Acrylic, charcoal and graphite on paper. This small stone was locked in ice for millennia, dumped in a river bed when the ice melted, left high and dry when river retreated and picked up by me last weekend.
