Um tutorial?
Sometimes things that look like cool brushes are just some amount of curves playings + noise effects
To get the 4 one(result) I did 2 and 3 and just laid it over 1, the basic one with my regular boring colors, in Snapseed
I tried this also in two pictures below ↓
