After the storm I thought about getting physical media like books to pass time without power. I member the tablet “Remarkable” thought I’d be good to have since it can last weeks between charges apparently. But the screen flickers on every stroke you’d draw. That’d drive me nuts

felt nostalgic and took out my old screen tablet to draw and it surprisingly is much faster than screen for me and it felt better too like idk seeing your strokes and the art come to life on the screen vs it being under your hand
@DiegoIsADog_ gave up on trying to get super clean line quality, stopped using the "one stroke then ctrl+z" method and started shaping lines with multiple strokes, including going back and thickening some lines or shaving them down with eraser...

Since I decided to lower the stabilization on all my brushes, it made me realize that my strokes are much better, freer, looser and completely in my control. I used to have +40 stabilization on all my brushes. It opened up a new world for me to remove that. I enjoy drawing
