Medusa and Futakuchi-chan by @makkyisu1 [EnglishTL/英訳!]
Chapter 74: The End of Summer (1/3)
https://t.co/iaQS17E4Qx
The Futakuchi-Onna is a living woman cursed to satiate a terrible mouth on the back of her head. Her hair acts as tentacles that grab food and feeds the maw. And if not satisfied, it will screech loudly and cause her pain.

My last yokai for this project, but maybe not the last one at all😏
I've enjoyed so much reinterpreting them that it's possible that I'll keep going.

@Niihlusart So many OC's in my head....
Anywho, here is two of mine, the first is my OC Cara based on a Futakuchi-Onna, then the second pair is screenshots of a D&D Cleric OC of the same name. I've been using games to create templates for art or design later.
Cheers!
#31DaysofYokai Day 19: Futakuchi Onna
Mimi is a young, excitable futakuchi onna who has a large sweet tooth!
With her powerful second mouth, Mimi enters the tournament to chomp through the competition and win a lifetime supply of candy! XD
i kept picking futakuchi-onna as my lil avatar thing in tee ko the other day so i was thinkin about yuzu ahah
@kuroviel I have many in my head, but the one I do the most shenanigans on Twitter with is Cara.
Based her on a Futakuchi-Onna, thus shenanigans ensue.
As promised, my take on a Majin and Lord X Fusion!
Mainly inspired on both their designs, and the legend of the Futakuchi-onna #EndlessCycles
@pawcanada_art Cara
My OC based on a Futakuchi-Onna.
She is more reserved but the Creature eats anything which gets her into shenanigans with anyone and anything. Including other People's OC's......
Tons of OC lore, I've written pages of it, WAY too much to post here.
@shahparism @haningwaslost @marzieh_nic @NabaeiNaghmeh @SivilsAsh I love more than 4, but here are the four that will stay perhaps forever in my collection👀

A Futakuchi-onna with a stomach mouth, double the mouths to feed. She’s a makeup artist helping other monsters look their best! Struggles with overeating bc of the monster mouths
