WIP update - I tweaked the char sketch (gun truncated & tail redrawn) to improve composition and added flat colors, which I will eventually smooth out. Sill a lot of work left, but even with rough colors, its coming together.

A mermaid/gargoyle/sea-raphim that carries a truncated D4 vial. The vial carries 100 gal and refills when capped. The wings are not for flying but for swimming and the race can spit out water proficiently.
