With the WHOLE reveal of Super Mario 3D All-Stars among others just showing us that Nintendo really can just sit on something to almost the last minute....IT REALLY MAKES ME WONDER if Skyward Sword HD is just hanging out at Nintendo HQ, wait to Skyward Strike

Comparison of the 'Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World' version, where title screen sprites were moved around & adjusted so Yoshi could fit in there. Birdo got body modified to be able to sit. In 'Super Mario World', Luigi got a redesign to reflect on his canon tallness.

One small thing, but they didn't include the All-Stars version of Super Mario World, even though it has the BEST Luigi sprite. (It's even used in Mario Maker 2)

I like that the promotional images for the Mario 64 part of 3D All-Stars uses the actual in-game polygonal models while the other two games use pre-render art. Like this is actually how Mario looks in this game and they're leaning into it.
