Today marks the birthday of ‘The Golden Voyage of Sinbad’ star John Phillip Law (07/09/1937 – 13/05/2008). He played a wonderful lead character in what was to be one of Ray’s most beloved and successful films. What are your favourite memories of Law as Sinbad?

After one viewing has made it into the top five of my favorite marvel films. I loved it so much! I had to draw the MVP going again tomorrow or Tuesday. And most likely a third time cause it’s so much fun!

Been reading this new book “SECRETS of the FORCE”. It’s fine, but an obvious imitation of the much better ”SECRET HISTORY of STAR WARS.”

Nice that it explores the more recent SW films.
But I was bummed by its condescending stance toward Return of the Jedi. …Blasphemy!

"Superman '78" is a strong kick-off to the series, effortlessly capturing the heart and feel of the classic Donner films. Everything clicks just right, and you're bound to finish the story with a smile and already eager for issue Super-recommended!

People have recently been invited to list their comfort films. It got me thinking about the rarer question of comfort books. What books repeatedly bring you comfort? Mine are all childhood faves: SALEM'S LOT, NIGHT SHIFT, NIGHTMARE MOVIES and THE ZOMBIES THAT ATE PITTSBURGH.

recently had a print of Fleischer's "Jack & the Beanstalk" scanned by the folks from Femboy Films. print itself has a few hiccups, but nothin' bad. looks as good as it'll get, until paramount or whoever decides to continue the betty boop blu-ray volumes and whatnot

In the last 10-15 years or so, I'd say it's a tie between these 4 films. For whatever reason, I seem to come across them playing on TV a lot & they hook me in every time. https://t.co/RxtwTSabxk

When you spend a lot of 2021 watching primarily Ozu films, but still throw in a handful of Jean Gabin films.

A little early but when Zack posts, the world moves lol 😂

The absolute best of the best. Ben Affleck is the Batman! We need him back in DC films.

I spoke a bit about my inspirations for Whispers of the Past in my Q&A: https://t.co/sF8LbQoen9

One of the first authors I fell in love with as a child was with the Inheritance series. I also really enjoyed ATLA and Ghibli films. And of course, the webtoon, Noblesse.

Short films are an art that fascinate me more and more, and creating posters for them is equally challenging. Here are a few posters (both tribute and official) I made for short films.
