Some years ago I made a P3/P5 Phantom Thief design for Minato based on Thanatos with custom attacks, along with a palace structure, traps & boss fight. Though I never shared the palace layout I think I might expand upon it again to add to this pool of concepts+ Tartarus redesign.

Technically, he both IS and ISN'T Tartarus. Consider him an alternate-universe version of him. I can't give a lot of details, but he's part of a project I'm planning in drafts.
