Theia actually started off in beta as an unused/trashed Jak and Daxter OC design. I liked the overexaggerated bat eared elvish look. I leant more to the moon rabbit aesthetic later on with her theme.

True story: the main inspirations for me when coming up with Komari Vosa's character were Keyser Söze from The Usual Suspects and Queen Weilew from the 13th Warrior. And Iian McCaig's spooky female sith concept art for Episode II (unused in the movie, became Ventress later)
