Worth the time to track down. Small in scale, but I’d say a HUGE event in Batman’s canon.

I finally gave up the idea of using rubber on this design. The rubber blades were not performing as expected... Now I used carbon-filled nylon. It works well but I feel now it totally become the upgrade of Ace or Venom... :(

It’s Mermay! I saw a washed up shark on the beach and I never seen that species before and after looking it up I found it was a ‘spurdog shark’. A venomous shark! 8O It has two fins with spurs that can inject venom.

So of COURSE I had to draw one as a mermaid.

Great choice. Many of the Silver and Bronze Age escapes required some degree of showmanship.

That's why my favorite ought to be the one from Venom. Also by Denny O'Neil, it's actually relevant to the plot and shows character growth in a fantastic fashion!
