I recently noticed in the concept arts they reference the exact RWS illustrations they used for reference to make the props.

For Elsbridge, according to the concept art, they used "Book 4, Page 9 and 11", which are these 2 images of Knapford Junction from "Thomas and the Guard".

John Rennie's Southwark Bridge opened 1819. Originally called Queen Street bridge, the centre span was said to be the longest cast iron span ever built, at 240ft (73m). It was replaced in 1921 as it was too narrow to cope with the growing traffic.
