Recently got Metroid Dread and loved how casually badass they made Samus. Specifically, during the cutscenes/counters, you'd perform. So I sketched her suits as appreciation!

I love the way the combat works and how it actually makes you think about the positioning of your characters, the way the game let's the characters keep the outfits you gave them in cutscenes, the friendly banter that feels realistic after a battle

And most of all I love Reyn

If you ever print something and it looks like this, you're working with (or worse, bought) a game asset someone flipped. MOST video games look like this! Hi-poly models are usually saved for cutscenes and promo stuff, nothing rendered live.

I'm making this walk cycle from a slightly different angle. I thought I could use a pre-existing 3D model and make it look enough like Hark to get by, but I think I'm going to need to use a head from the actual cutscenes to sell it.

Favorite ship is Silvaze. Not only does it work as a ship but never happens in canon, but I think everyone agrees it's a good one. Ever since I watched the 06 cutscenes I felt like a connection was between them.
