I’ve never traced my love of near identical figures rendered in v. different, equally vivid colours. Something about sameness mapped on difference opens up a deep visual mystery. Here the blue and the red does it.

Most people probably know Destruction Derby from the PSX version, but the DOS game is darned near identical. (Gameplay is the same as on the PlayStation, but with some changed menu options IIRC.)

Still fun to drive (badly) about in it today. 😁
