One last thing! if you know you'll be drawing a character a lot, practice drawing them a lot. In many cases, my characters went through a bunch of redesigns until I could draw them in a way that felt natural. Don't be afraid to redesign them if can't draw them comfortably!

I don't think it looks bad. Not to be mean, but sometimes your anatomy looks a bit boxy, yet this sketch looks more natural. The only thing I see is that the lineart is a bit heavy, though some artists manage to make that look nice, like this 👇 I think this guy is also Russian.
