Campaign:

The campaign should focus on playing as Anakin during the last hours of the Republic. Play as a war hero for a couple missions, Jedi Temple raid, and Anakin Vs Obi Wan. The remainder of the campaign you play as Vader hunting Jedi, and mourning for Padme, etc.
