@FaeriSami I also really like the use of color by the artist of Hanako-Kun, as well as the maximalism. Lots of warm palettes, little blending, saturated colors, and a lot of energy. The use of patterns also adds a lot of variety.

my fast decode is bad at saturated reds. learnable, but underrepresented in training set. bias weights might help — each latent channel has a different center, and bias lets us learn an offset.

@Imberlicchio Just pointed out to me that Felicia's dark palette in Vampire Hunter/Night Warriors actually varies between builds of the game! The very first Japanese build (which is the tournament standard and used on Fightcade) is noticeably more saturated. #Darkstalkers

I remember drawing oversaturated art with no studying done on color theory, anatomy, composition, etc. and just.. enjoying the process no matter how it turned out. Now I have honed more of these learned skills. I have improved ❤️
Even from a purely financial point of view, I don't even see how they intend to maintain their system. They are going to have a crazy server cost with their store which will be saturated with packs of thousands of AI images that nobody cares about.
