I was unhappy with this first re-design I did because I felt it looked pretty bad and weird and the overly human proportions didn’t work.

So 2 years later I re-designed Sonic AGAIN.

I will also say it can just take time, my two cats were not on the same wavelength (kitten vs 6yo) and it took about a month or 2 for the hissing to stop, and two yrs later they're mostly pals.
