- skeleton, Silvally is light in body but sturdy. Organs are compact and highly efficient, eats lightly. Strikes hard but is easily bullied physically.
7'07" at the withers is probably under 300 lbs assuming sci-fi construction materials could reduce weight to that degree.

I bet you're right (it's still almost the size of a horse, that's... about 1,200 lbs or so?). The height stat standard for quadrupedal Pokemon seems to shift from 'mon to 'mon, some look to be measured to the withers, some to the head, some to a crest

[old art, excuse me] Looking at Pokemon heights some more and Silvally is HUGE. 7'07" by the dex / Wiki! Apparently only weighs 220lbs; that's impossible, that is a massive animal whether you measure to the withers or top of the skull. That is, what, an easy 2 - 3,000lbs?
