“St. Sebastian” the Peter Paul Rubens version. I thought it must suck to get tied to a tree and suffer death by arrows. The life of a Martyr. This Martyr I painted is tied up to a NY traffic walk signal on the corner and was shot to death for whatever he believed in. Terrible.
