Then by all means, prove me wrong and do it yourself! Gladd depended on the r/raidsecrets subreddit to finish Niobe Labs. I’m just trying to get people testing things on their own, rather than depend on 1 guy to do the work for them. More hands, more progress.

I personally like doing redraws... now, I would not consider this sketch my best work, I see lots of details I could still fix. (The hands, her face, etc.) But, regardless, I think it still looks okay.
Sometimes you have to make “bad” art in order to make good art later on.

Some hand sheets. Once upon a time I HATED drawing hands, they seemed awkward and overly complicated to me, then I realised I had two in front of me for reference and you can put as much design into them as characters. Now I love drawing em 👋
