I take a add glow layer above the entire thing and use the watery brush to add white highlights!

ARTIST HIGHLIGHT: Stripess (pronounced 'stripes') best describes his music as a "funky cyberpunk soundtrack." The sometimes dark, sometimes futuristic, always smooth vibe he brings is the perfect soundtrack for anything from a headlining set to an after hours club gig.
This brings us to 2020. Kamisama Ni Natta Hi was incredibly moving in tough times. Josee to Tora to Sakana (points to avatar) was also a huge highlight for me. Both have casts I can't help but root for.
