Demons in the snes SMT games were made sprite first, with most of them sharing parts or just being recolors/minor edits of each other. This got me thinking what else could be done with the sprites we have, so, here's my take on it.

Another is the basic soldier design from Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey.

The base is definitely just adapted from the Pigmasks from Mother 3.

In the project I made these for, the soldier would have had a strange combination with both angels and demons and become a boss.
