i simply dont care about xenoblade but in personal opinion it’s really disappointing that the art for the original game had a genuinely interesting art style and instead of updating the graphics to better reflect it, they went for this generic ass anime style. it’s boring.

The bovathi are the bovine inspired people, but i didn't want them to feel just like generic cow-people so I ended up looking at a lot of wild bovine species as well as different breeds of cattle w/interesting feature (the gaur, highland cow, etc)
