I agree that it maybe stays a bit bigger for She-Ra, but varies wildly for Adora (see pics in my tweet).
Then again: Adora can lean on the sword while standing up. She-Ra is taller and can lean on it while kneeling. So it does not seem to change much while its wielder changes.
