i designed the composition so that each of the figures could stand on their own, and worked to balance the abstracted background with the solid figures. it was also super fun figuring out all the different textures and colors of black!

Re-doing some parts of my model and... The fact that there arent any Sonic OC vtubers, at least to my awareness, is kinda shocking. Anywho, her textures are looking better now.

It's interesting to note that in the early days of MGS, we were clueless about how to represent the characters.

Even in MGS2, there were 3D models that reflected Yoji Shinkawa's touch in the textures. If it had been released as it was, the MGS series would have ceased to exist.

low poly model was shipped to Classic TBC PTR.
Actually funny enough although it looks similar to my simple low poly deform thing, it actually uses 2d flat geo textures for the spiky parts. the animations are the same as the retail one (not unexpected) https://t.co/QN87oJbwKo
