Funnily enough though I was introduced too it in the Dynasty Warriors series. They tend to use it as a backup instrument in a lot of their songs, & at one point a character used it to fight enemies. That's how I learned its name.

Found out the reason I cant relax it has a name. Inner restlessness. Its a part of ADHD and I didnt know it was a thing but can be caused be stress as well.
