But the reason why people think its "better" is because the dub sucks so fucking bad
I stopped watching dub the instant I got a fast internet connection

I mean I guess but also it would make no sense for cell to use anything but his strongest form to fight an opponent of equal strength, plus I’ve only used BK twice in PC3. In my last fight Cell used the blades of chaos which is new and my editing for BK is better than ever imo.

When I first saw this movie on a dollar store shelf, I didn't think it was a real movie. Turns out it is and it's computer animated and cell-shaded. It looks cheap and shitty.

But when Jonathan Lipnicki becomes too old for his role, I guess there's worse options.
