I like how the pissants get butt-hurt over this while the show puts similar aged characters in outfits on par with the maid costume. I mean just look at these. Ruby was 15 in the prom dress, Yang and Nora were 17 (same as the Maid Ruby art), and Emerald is around the same age.

It was an incredibly edgy story and admittedly very try hard in places, its not for everyone. But Ive met so many friends and even my girlfriend of almost 7 years because of it. Despite how its poorly aged, I can never really be embarrassed by it.
