AMDグラボ積んでるPCでstyleGANを使いたくていろいろ試してみたところ、ここ(https://t.co/lKOJtLdpJK)の訓練データを使って、Google ColabでNVIlabのコードを走らせてみたら見事動きました！(1)praidML+kerasはコード実装が難しく断念 (2)ROCmはCPUがPCIe3.0をサポートしてなかったので諦めました。
